A rather abs-friendly Calvin Klein Collection Spring 2011 Menswear with midsection exposing bombers, showcased in Milan Fashion Week.Growing up on the coast of northern Italy, Italo Zucchelli identified Calvin Klein as the essence of American sportswear. Since becoming the house designer, he has fused the inherent athleticism of the label with his own instinctive strengths: tailoring and a feel for innovative fabrics. All these characteristics are well summarized in a jacket, pants and t-shirt outfit in sand tones that was as elegant as anything Zucchelli has ever designed, or in the broad-shoulder suit with a gray marbled fleck, or the oversize chino shirts. The athletic theme also showed up in vertically and horizontally striped tops and pants that created the illusion of a single piece.

for spring 2011, the burberry prorsum men have grown up to reveal a darker side to them. there were a lot more leather pieces in this collection, most embellished with studs and spikes. like my observation at missoni's spring 2011 collection, burberry prorsum's collection seemed a little heavy for spring/summer as well. outer wear remains a key focus。。

DOLCE E GABBANA. With the 20th anniversary celebration of their signature men’s collection, the fantastic Italian duo’s fashion show was an hymn to the simple pleasures of life and to simpler times, with a collection that gave fresh life to the house’s classic themes, primarily Sicily, where Dolce learned his formidable tailoring skills: elegant three-piece suits in white linen, blousons in leather mesh or perforated suede highlighted the label’s craftsmanship. Tank tops, slouchy knits and distressed jeans, loosely belted with rope, expressed the more seductive aspect of the designers. To complete the collection were sharply defined pieces like the black-and-white-striped knit polos with matching shorts, and the familiar march past of several dozen variations of the tuxedo.。。

The genius of Miuccia Prada is that she's so far ahead of the game, her aesthetic can sometimes be lost on mere mortals, much less the fashion pack. Double denim, bum-bags, doctor's scrubs, Lifesaver jumpers — really? Isn't double denim a passing chain-store fad? Obligatory citrus brights littered the navy-strong collection, along with hints of camel and stark surgeon's whites. The slim three-button suit made a comeback, but this time with the addition of sporty neon accessories to keep it from being too Wall Street, more Oxford Street. The fashion forecast boys? The future's so bright, you've gotta wear shades.。。

The classic tonalities of this extraordinary Italian brand, such as beige, grey and black, are enlivened by bright accent colors such as yellow and green found on pochettes, ties, sunglasses and belts: after all, it’s summer indeed! As usual, Armani’s collection was all about the jacket: the low-buttoning and double-breasted models placed a new emphasis on the chest, while Giorgio Armani toyed with buttons – shiny – and lapels – trimmed or shawl-collared for daywear. What he wants to create is an effect of lightness, underlined as well by soft trousers. He jokily paired a gingham jacket with pants in a Prince of Wales check, substituted shirts with gilets, as a good alternative under a perforated leather jacket with printed or embroidered geometrical motifs and, finally, matched blue jackets with shirts in the same shade.

ICEBERG: For Spring/Summer 2011, Iceberg creative director, Paolo Gerani, took the classic children’s tale “The Little Prince” as his inspiration, presenting a collection which repeated those themes of decay and renewal, by proposing knitwear that looked old, burned and holey, and distressed footwear. He also worked the recycling theme in sweatshirt material reconfigured as a tailored jacket/bomber hybrid and as a blazer with baseball jacket sleeves; pinstriped silk pants with stretched ankle felt like they’d been pajamas in a former life, while two pristine blousons in green leather evoked growth and rebirth.

Summer Fashion Tips for Men

When the summer comes, fashion tips become more sense for men. In summer when it gets hot, men show more of their body off, this is why clothing becomes more and more to be considered.

For summer clothes, it is necessary to keep men cool; in the meaning of both weather and style. Style is totally a personal choice, but some of these tips may help you men on your way to decide your summer fashion.

Beginning with shorts…
Yes, shorts are the must-have pieces of the summer wardrobe, but the key point is fashion of the year. This summer is a bit different than the preceding ones. Denim cut-offs are gone and no more messy look is accepted. Honestly, these were quite comfortable, but it is better to keep them for some yard work. Cycling shorts or any kind of tight fitting shorts show you fashionable only when you really go cycling. Our suggestion is to try some cotton shorts whether plain in design or some light colored or khaki cargo’s. Another out of date style for men are Bermuda shorts. Better not to have this summer.

Go on with t-shirts
The “never-out-of-fashion” members of the collection are basic white T-shirts. You may collect a few. Polo shirts are quite useful as casual items in summer and you may wear them for more formal cases too. But it is important to avoid any hard colors and messy design. Much colorful and complicated T-shirts are a bit risky that they may distract the attention. The bad point here is that people may look more at your T-shirt than your face. Plain colors are the best to help you get a cool and fashionable look.

Socks? No thanks..
Socks are one of the biggest question marks about men's summer fashion. It is just better to leave them in winter. One of the most ridiculous images of a man is with sandals over a pair of socks. And the same is right for sneakers; never with socks. You sure would not like to be seen by the ladies in a fashion of grandpas. Naked feet especially with sandals require clean and well kept feet. Be sure to shorten your toenails and take a good care of your feet. Dirty and uncared feet look repulsive. The cleaning is also necessary for the health, as naked feet are always under the risk of germs on the way.

Belt Does a lot
This summer has also changed the opinions about belts. Leather belts are replaced with canvas belts. They look really cool and you can choose your best from a wide variety of colors. These belts suit well with any outfit, but try to stay away from the ones with giant belt buckles that gather up all the negative attention. Belts function for two: they both help you practically and show off your perfect style.

Sunglasses: Worth the Cost
A carefully chosen pair of glasses gives you the cool look that you are trying to get. The most important fact is to find the shape that matches your face. As the first mission of sunglasses are to protect your eyes from the harmful sunlight, just keep away from fake sunglasses. Combining health with fashion, aviator type sunglasses do the job with the cool shape and full protection also around your eyes.

For those of you wearing formal suits all year, this summer may be a very nice opportunity to make some change in your style out of the Office. As you see, the tips are not much “hard to follow” ones. All you need is changing some items and searching for some up to date pieces to the collection and think a bit creative. This sure will do a lot to find your style and be a fashionable guy this summer.>。

EMPORIO ARMANI. A wave of contemporary chic characterized the second line of King Giorgio: down the catwalks strode an aggressive man that we never expected to see. During the first half of the show, black leather dominated the collection with wild-boy models glowering through heavy eye makeup and sporting slave chains, studs and grommets. Finding his way to more familiar territory in the second half, the designer shifted the emphasis to tailoring, in fabrics so light they were almost sheer.
